• THE PARTNERS

  Our partners have gained experience working with the major accounting and consulting firms, both domestically and abroad, serving clients engaged in a wide variety of industries. All its partners are qualified accountants in Italy.
  
  Mirko Albertini:

  • Partner since 2004, Mirko Albertini is responsible for accounting and auditing services to international clients.
  • He has worked for many years with Ernst &Young, both in Italy and in the United States, where he has progressed up to senior manager level. He is an expert in IFRS and US GAAP.

  
  Alessandro Galli:

  • Partner since 2004. He is responsible for compliance, internal auditing and transaction support.
  • He has worked many years with Ernst & Young dealing with audits and tax matters. He is member of the Board of Statutory auditors of many important clients. He is an expert in corporate governance matters.

  
  Michela Galli:

  • Partner since 2008. She is responsible for the organization consulting area.
  • She has gained over ten years’ experience with Andersen Consulting, focusing on Business process re-engineering and transformation, organizational design, restructuring and cost reduction, feasibility study, design and implementation of shared service centres, Change Management and Project Management.
